In the fitness industry for 3 years, I have worked with kids that have played hockey and seniors who just want to get their mobility back. My goal is to make my clients achieve their results thru a positive mindset, creating good habits, a well balanced diet, and solid workouts that are effective and efficient .
I decided to become a certified personal trainer after using a trainer at my previous job and noticing differences in my physique that I had never achieved before. It made me realize I didn't know everything and there are so many different ways to workout based on a person's goals. I bring that experience over into my programs that I design for my clients to make sure we are being efficient with our workouts.
