As a certified personal trainer, my goal, my mission, is to help others succeed in fitness. I love high levels of athletic performance but my focus is on providing real results to real people.
As my business name Fitness "Express" Tampa implies, my goal is to provide my clients with the most effective and efficient training programs to successfully manage their weight--not shortcuts, just sound training and nutrition that gets the job done. My programs are designed to create balanced fitness because any one of the following key aspect of fitness can slow or even stop one's overall progress.

I believe a trainer/client relationship is a two way street and getting together either on the phone or in person is the first step to determine if we can work together. For example, my style of personal training is more art than science, meaning that it is more important to me that you see your clothes sizes shrinking and you feel better than you ever have rather than weighing every ounce of food that goes into your mouth.
