Hello my name is Doug Wogee, and I have been a working certified personal training for over two years. The reason I became a personal trainer, was not only to help people become physically and emotionally healthy, but to personally train in the correct and safe way to ensure that my clients do not acquire any injuries. The main question I like to ask my clients, is why would anyone get injured from something that is supposed to help get someone into better shape? The correct answer is poor body posture. When using poor body posture while working out, you will eventually hurt yourself by acquiring what is known as a forward lean. You also may know someone who never works out, but may still have shoulder and/or knee problems. My point being, is that everyone needs to realize that this is a problem not only for some people, but for all.

I enjoy fitness and love working anybody that is willing and ready to get the additional help i can provide you with.
