I specialize in bootcamp style training sessions, using free weights, balls, weight circuits, cardio eguipment, resistance bands, plyometric, speed & agility, balance & stabilization, bodyweight training or a combination of all. Expect "No Resting" in between sets when you workout with me. You will complete close to three times as many exercise repetitions when you workout with me for just 30 minutes as you would with an ordinary trainer in 60 minutes. Be Prepared to sweat!!!!!!!
